Hi! I'm Gayle. I'm a family herbalist, wife, mom of 3 and owner of Gypsy Greens. This all started as a small microgreen operation I ran out of an extra room in my home. I began to visit local farmer's markets offering my greens, my famous (always famous in smalltown) smoked salsa and anything else I could whip up or grow from month to month. Plant medicine has been an interest of mine for the last 12 years, which is why I pursued certification as a family herbalist.
