This is a very subtle scent, meant for a therapeutic and stress-free vibe!!!
A lot of people like using the Rise N' Shine upon waking, just as you would have your coffee or OJ, and the Spa Day in the evening, after washing off your make-up and settling in for the night! It's also great to use during the day for a stress-free day! 
Remember, these get absorbed into your body so the oils help in a healing way as well!  Both butters have copaiba in it which is a strong anti-inflammatory oil!
