Ingredients:

Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Orange Peel, St. Johns Wort, Damiana, Hibiscus

To Use:

Pour 10oz of boiling water over 2 tsp of herbal blend.  Steep 10 minutes. Strain. Drink as needed.
