Super Sleeper

Catch some Z's with mother natures sleep remedy.  Brew & enjoy 30 minutes before you plan to snooze.

Ingredients:  Skullcap, valerian, chamomile, passion flower, spearmint

 To Use: Pour 6-8oz boiling water over 2 tsp of herb.  Steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Warning: will cause drowsiness. Do not operate motor vehicles or machinery after consuming.
